Terry Winkelmann of Slow Food St. Louis and the St. Louis Sustainable Backyard Tour, shared her experience with the Sustainable Backyard Tour (and how each of us can create a more sustainable backyard) as well as her enthusiasm for healthy eating and living
(which in turn contributes to a healthy planet).
